Joshua Yeoh is a serial entrepreneur and Managing Director of A28 Global Sdn Bhd. He started his first company at 19 and chose entrepreneurship over medical school at 20. By 23, after rebuilding from an early failure, he had built and exited a technology consulting business.
Today, he leads strategy, solution architecture and delivery at A28 Global, helping governments and enterprises turn complex policy, business and operational challenges into digital platforms, data intelligence and AI-enabled solutions.
His work has contributed to Malaysia’s national platforms and policy initiatives, including MYFutureJobsGalaxy, MADANI Digital Trade, MYSite Selection Portal and DKMN 2030, spanning labour-market intelligence, trade competitiveness, investment decisions and food-security planning.
Joshua brings a founder’s perspective to digital transformation, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. He is at his best where strategy, technology and execution must come together, helping organisations build trusted data foundations, strengthen their capabilities and translate AI ambition into practical value.
